Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Denise Chin has been involved with Delta Aged Care Melbourne since its formation and has over 20 years of experience in health and aged care. She has expanded the facilities from 20 beds to 83 beds in Templestowe and 60 beds to 120 beds in Keilor East. Denise’s qualifications include a double degree Bachelor of Business in Business Administration and Marketing from RMIT.

Roger Biggs

Accountant

In the role as Delta Aged Care Melbourne Accountant since commencement August 2015. Has performed senior roles at a Corporate level in industry both in manufacturing and services sectors. Responsible for monthly and annual financial reporting requirements, annual budgets and periodic financial analysis for business improvements for Emerald Terrace, Edenvale and associated companies.

Jennifer Bandong

Care Coordinator

Clinical Care co-ordinator Jennifer Bandong has 19 years industry experience and a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and Frontline Management. She oversees all clinical care, specifically looking after residents’ well-being in collaboration with carers and nurses, and most importantly residents’ families

Julie Patti

Quality Officer

Quality Assurance Manager (Julie Pati) ensures Edenvale Manor comply with the strict guidelines, policies, and procedures of the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency. With focus on consumers’ care, Julie is committed to maintaining and continuously improve our high standards of quality care, open communication, and transparency. With input from both staff and families, audits are conducted monthly in liaison with the Clinical Care Co-Ordinator. She has been employed for 7 years and is qualified Enrolled nurse and completed certificate in Quality Assurance.

Suzana Vleck

Lifestyle Co-ordinator

Equipped with Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and a total of 15 years experience in providing lifestyle and care services, Suzana organises social, spiritual and cultural activities for all residents and Equipped with Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and a total of 15 years experience in providing lifestyle and care services, Suzana organises social, spiritual and cultural activities for all residents and their representatives. She speaks four languages (German, Croatian, Slovak and English) and is very passionate about supporting residents in their interests and celebrating different cultures and special occasions.

Ruby Miller

Care Coordinator(Joint)

Ruby shares the role of DON/CCC with Francis, she has nearly 30 years of nursing experience as Registered Nurse Division 1 in Rehabilitation, Mental health, and Aged Care in clinical/ management roles as well as a Nursing course coordination and nurse educator in the VET SECTOR for several years.

Her role here at Emerald Terrace showcases her skills sets in management, compliance, and education. Her philosophy is making sure nurses, carers, students are taught to look after consumers with dignity, empathy, and accountability.

Francis Hernandez

Care Coordinator (Joint)

Francis has been a Registered Nurse Division 1 for 25 years, theatre nurse for 5 and over 17 years of experience in aged care both here and in New Zealand. Francis is passionate about aged care having had chosen to work in this field for majority of his nursing career.

He treats every consumer with respect they deserve and takes his role seriously with compassion and understanding. Francis’ job shares the role of DON/CCC specifically looking at the clinical care of all residents in consultation with other health care professionals, nurses, carers as well as family members.
